Reports To: Regional Sales & Development Manager
Summary: To develop existing or new Contract COD/Courier and logistics business within the given vertical (industry segment) and country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed personal and country/regional new business revenue goals
  • Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities
  • Organize regular meetings with the client and relevant operations staff to report on performance and receive an
    update from client on challenges and future plans.
  • Identify issues before they become problems through close contact with customers.
  • Work closely with team to develop creative solutions to customer needs.

  • Assure the company and customer expectations are in alignment.
  • Maintain close communication with customer and operations team to assure a uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education

  • BBA\ MBA major in Sales & Marketing from HEC recognized top university ( LUMS, IBA, CBM, SZABIST & IQRA)
  • MS Office – ( Power Point, Word, Excel)
    Work Experience
  • 4+ year’s experience from E-commerce & Courier industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external
  • Fluent English & Urdu languages.
  • Ability to deliver good presentation
  • Good proposal development skills.
  • Solid understanding of the theory and practice of supply chain management, warehousing, and domestic transportation.
  • Experience in retail, high-tech, industrials/chemicals, automotive or pharmaceutical/healthcare industries.
  • Willing to travel
